AskMe Corporation expands into the international market, provides knowledge sharing solution to multi-national European corporation

SEATTLE, June 18, 2001 - AskMe Corporation, the leader in enterprise knowledge sharing solutions, today announced that it will provide AskMe Enterprise™ to Integra, a leading European provider of mission-critical e-business infrastructure and turnkey solutions for Global 2000 corporations such as American Express, Shell, and Siemens. With AskMe Enterprise, Integra will connect nine international operations, allowing the company's employees in UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, and Norway to rapidly communicate a business problem with the most qualified experts across Integra's operations, and receive solutions.

"Each one of Integra's data centers can manage up to 2,500 servers. The availability of these data centers is mission critical to the company's clients, therefore rapid problem solving is the core requirement for Integra's operations", said Aldo Pomponi, VP of Engineering and Knowledge Management at Integra.

"The need for corporate knowledge sharing is ubiquitous in large organizations across the globe," said Udai Shekawat, CEO for AskMe Corporation. "We have witnessed a strong and growing demand from large European companies in the past few months, and are delighted to have Integra as a premier European client."

Company officials at Integra estimate a 300% return on investment in the first twelve months of deploying AskMe Enterprise, driven primarily by increased sales, reduced training and hiring costs, and increased operational efficiencies. Integra expects the annual savings to grow in subsequent years.

"The capabilities of AskMe Enterprise address a fundamental and critical need of all companies that compete in Europe," said Andy McLeod, CEO of Integra. "With AskMe, our employees in different countries have instant access to Integra's collective knowledge across Europe. If one of our data centers has a problem, employees can use AskMe to quickly find existing solutions in other centers, or find the most qualified employees to solve their problem."
