Udai Shekawat, CEO, Co-founder
Udai Shekawat is chief executive officer and a co-founder of AskMe Corporation, a multi-million dollar enterprise software company that
provides Employee Knowledge Network software solutions to many of the world's leading Fortune 1000 companies, including Ford Motor
Company, Honeywell International, Proctor & Gamble, Gerber (a subsidiary of Novartis), ABN AMRO Bank, among others.
With an extensive background in ERP, CRM, knowledge management and collaboration software, Udai recognized the tremendous unmet need of
connecting employees with business problems to employees with solutions and pioneered "Employee Knowledge Networks," a
new class of software that is enabling today's leading Global 2000 organizations to gain significant business value by leveraging the
intellectual assets of their employees.
He founded AskMe Corporation in 1999 and in just three short years, led the company from inception to profitability, effectively navigating
AskMe through the dot-com fallout that destroyed the majority of technology start-ups. His strong leadership and incessant
focus on delivering customer value have established AskMe as the undisputed category leader based on the company's strong list of
blue-chip customers and financial condition.
Prior to founding AskMe Corporation, Udai provided strategic guidance as a senior technology consultant to industry giants that include SAP,
Microsoft, Oracle, HP, Yahoo and AOL, where he was instrumental in helping to develop their product, marketing, direct sales and
