ROI analysis from INTEC's initial deployment of AskMe Enterprise has shown a significant increase in employee productivity, especially in leveraging the company's knowledge to benefit INTEC's clients.
INTEC has seen collaborative results that would have been extremely difficult to achieve without AskMe Enterprise. In one specific example, a Houston-based pipeline engineer was designing tie-in jumpers for a major pipeline repair system and consulted 'AskINTEC' to inquire about the company's past experience and expertise with that particular type of jumper. Using AskMe Enterprise, the engineer discovered that another senior engineer located in the company's UK office had already designed a similar jumper. The Houston engineer was able to capitalize on the knowledge and expertise of the UK engineer to complete his project several weeks faster than would have been possible otherwise.
