The engine constantly mines the knowledgebase to find content that has been viewed most frequently and rated highest by users. If it meets a certain threshold, it forwards this content through an approval process that is specific for each content area. If approved, it will be certified as a Best Practice on the system.

Best Practices take precedence in search results and are automatically pushed out to relevant employees through the use of subscriptions. Through AskMe Enterprise's feedback engine, the value of these Best Practices can be quantified so that decision makers get a strong sense of how their best innovations are impacting the organization.



From the Best Practices Dashboard, reviewers can quickly view the content the system has nominated, make appropriate modifications, and mark as a Best Practice if they approve.
