AskMe Product Development Model
AskMe’s PDS group consists of a team of US-based software architects and project managers who work hand in hand with a team of India-based software developers and testers. Each of these individuals has guru-level expertise in Microsoft-based technologies. In fact, most AskMe architects and project managers are ex-Microsoft employees.
Customers are each assigned a dedicated, US-based project manager who will guide them through developing requirements, be the point of contact throughout the project, and will ultimately be responsible for the successful delivery of the application. The PMs coordinate the efforts of AskMe’s software architects, developers, and testers. AskMe PMs all have extensive technical experience and come from software development backgrounds.
AskMe architects drive the actual technical design of the solution. They ensure that the architecture is simple, flexible, scalable, and easy to maintain. Most AskMe architects are ex-Microsoft employees and have 10+ years of industry experience. These architects work hand in hand with our highly trained and experienced development teams to build world-class products for our clients on the Microsoft platform.
